And it's the smartphone moment for Robotics.

Companies are hiring Robotics Software Engineers at €65k+ starting salaries because there aren't enough people who can build these systems.

How I Cracked The Code (So You Don't Have To)

"I was you a few years ago."

I was a Mechanical Design Engineer — who wanted to transition to Robotics but had no clue where to start.

I tried to leverage the YouTube lectures, tutorial videos, and Coursera courses, only to get more confused than ever. So, I did what any logical person would do:

I went for a Master's in Robotic Systems Engineering from RWTH Aachen University.

The university was not, however, the one that equipped me with the skills to tackle real-world Robotics.

Here's what the Master's gave me:

✅ A well-defined structure

✅ Exposure to sub-domains (perception, planning, machine learning, controls)

✅ The credentials to get my foot in the door

But here's where I actually learned Robotics:

🏢 Working for companies such as NEURA, Agile Robots, DFKI, Sewts, etc. on real-world Robotics projects.

That's where I learned:

  • How to build systems companies actually deploy

  • Which skills hiring managers care about (and which they ignore)

  • How to go from "tutorial hell" to shipping  production code

The truth?

The Master's opened the door.

But working at these companies is where I built the skills that actually matter.

Here's what I'm giving you:

✅ The industry playbook (what NEURA, Agile Robots, DFKI taught me)
